In Ping, open Advanced → Build Mode and set the fee payer to that address.
Do an identity action there (register, attach a key, set a photo…). Build Mode hands back a base64 object instead of submitting.
Paste it above, check the decoded action, and Sign & Submit. The blockhash is refreshed automatically.

This page only ever submits Ping Directory transactions — anything calling another program is refused before your wallet opens. By default it asks only for a wallet signature, never a secret key — and the optional Advanced key stays encrypted in your browser, never sent anywhere. Solana transactions are irreversible — read the action and your wallet prompt before approving. Not financial advice; verify everything yourself.

DEBUG network Custom defaults to a private dev localnet (proxied locally) — not publicly reachable.
